Harassment, intimidation and bullying (HIB) are serious offenses that will not be tolerated.  To report an alleged incident of HIB that took place on school property, at any school-sponsored function, on a school bus, or off school grounds, complete this form and email or return it to the principal of the alleged victim’s school.  Contact the school for additional information or assistance.
