Description: The students will be understanding the 3 primary colors and the role they play in creating secondary colors when mixed together.
Each student will separate and organize secondary colored items into the correct color mixing boxes.

Description-Students will compare women artists for Woman's History Month. Artists, O'Keeffe, Cassett and Kahlo will be used. Students will complete a who, what, when writing.
Health Grade Pre K-K-Miss Marra
Nutrition
Description: The students will compare healthy foods to unhealthy foods. They will discuss which foods/drinks are sugary and which ones are not. They will classify the food/drink pictures as "healthy" or "unhealthy".
Library/Media -Upper Grades
Dewey Decimal System-Miss Hungler
Description-The students will learn about the 10 different Dewey Decimal Sections of the library. As the students learn about the different sections they will view web sites to gain a better understanding of the system.
Language Arts-Grade K- Mrs. Adubato
Beginning Sounds
Description-The children will reinforce beginning sounds by sorting the put the pictures into the correct box.
Language Arts Grades 2nd-4th grade- Ms. Schellato
Digraphs
Description: The students will identify the digraphs used in the Wilson and Foundations program. Each student will look at a group of pictures. The students will then place the proper picture under the correct digraph and type in the name of the picture. Then they will use the words in a sentence.

Description-The children will practice repeating patterns by completing the patterns shown.

Description-Students will identify objects and their state of matter.

Dinosaurs
Description: Students learned about meat-eating and plant-eating dinosaurs. Meat-eaters eat other dinosaurs. Plant-eaters eat plants, leaves, and twigs. The students will place the dinosaurs in the correct category. The students can click on the link to learn about each dinosaur.

Description-The students will compare land animals to sea animals. They will be trying to distinguish the differences between land and sea animals. For example, feet vs. fins.

Dinosaurs
Description-What did the dinosaurs eat? Children will use the hyperlink to the Enchanted Learning site to find out which dinosaurs were carnivores or herbivores. Then they can sort the dinosaurs accordingly.

Description: Students will be able to use the Internet and Kidspiration to determine how each kind of rock is formed (sedimentary, metamorphic, and igneous) and name two examples of each.

Food Chains and Food Webs
Description: As part of a unit on ecosystems, the students will learn how energy is transported through a food chain and food web. In this activity students will create a food chain, and then show how an organism may be part of more than one food chain, a food web.

Description-What was life like for the Lenape Indians in New Jersey?
Read and give a fact about life in their villages.
