We are excited to announce that we will be hosting our first lunchtime parent virtual workshop of the year, this Friday, January 5th.

Please join the NHS Counselors for an online presentation about the college application process this Friday, January 5th from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.

Click HERE to join using Google Meet.

During the presentation, the counselors will walk you through the college application process, including: finding your fit, application components, standardized testing, financial aid, letters of recommendation, college essay writing, and much more!

This information is essential for all parents/guardians of juniors who are planning to apply to colleges or universities as part of their post-secondary plans.  If you are unable to attend, we will be sharing the recording via email following the presentation.

We strongly recommend that you either attend live or view the recording at your convenience prior to your junior conference appointment if your child is exploring  applying to four-year colleges or universities.

Please note, the counselors will be holding an assembly with the Junior class Friday morning to ensure all students have access to the information we will be sharing with you. In addition, the school counselors will be requesting your presence at an individual Junior Conference which will focus on your child’s post-secondary goals and plans. Please review the email form your child’s counselor with information on how to sign up for a junior conference appointment.

Thank you,

NHS Counselors
