Wash Your Hands Yantacaw School Production

Yantacaw School, Wash Your Hands, was the idea of school nurse, Mrs. Flannery, in hopes of stopping the spread of germs. Thank you to Mrs. Flannery as script writer and director.  Thank you to Mr. DeWald and his brother for assitance with the music and choir.  A big thank you to the students and staff for your help and cooperation in the production of this video.   The final thanks goes out to Anthony Moscaritola for sharing his talent in film and sound production.

Yantacaw School Choir 2017 - Don't Spread the Germs!

I'm a believer

I thought germs were only true in scary tales
Infecting someone else but never me
Bugs were out to get me
That's the way it seemed
Interfering with all of my dreams

Then I washed my hands
Now I'm a believer
Not a strand a doubt in my mind
Wash your hands
Oh I'm a believer
Not a germ weaver if I tried

Thought infection was more or less a giving thing
The more I washed the less I gave, oh yeah
You'll get use to washing
It's really not a pain
Soap and water gets rid of the infection chain

Then I washed my hands
Now I'm a believer
Not a strand of dirt on my skin
I'm so cleannnnnn oh
I'm a believer
Stop the transferring
And you'll win!
