Websites for Collaboration Projects

Looking to collaborate and communicate with others?  Here are some ideas and websites to check out.

The best resource for finding someone to engage in a project outside of the classroom are friends and family.   Ask if there is someone that would like to do a *Mystery Skype/ Hangout. Is there someone that would like to read to the class, discuss a book, talk about a current topic?  Bring the classes together through video conferencing.

Discovery Education - Make Your Mark Day- September Make Your Mark –

Created in honor of International Dot Day, this project helps students design and create their own “dot” by selecting an area of service and identifying a project they can lead to impact their community on a local, national, or global level. 

*Mystery Skype is an education game, invented by teachers, played by two classrooms on Skype. The aim of the game is to guess the location of the other classroom by asking each other questions.
