ESL teacher Julie Mitschow and World Languages/ESL Supervisor Dr. Frank Ruggiero presented on ESL compliance issues for world language supervisors last Saturday at the annual Foreign Language Educators of New Jersey (FLENJ) state conference, where Dr. Ruggiero began his two-year term as FLENJ president. Mrs. Mitschow has taught elementary level ESL in Nutley and is currently the ESL teacher at Nutley High School.
