Nutley Public Schools' HIB Grades for the 2015-2016 School Year

The New Jersey Department of Education has released school and district HIB grades for the 2015-2016 school year as stated in the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights (ABR) Act.  The Nutley Public Schools has posted its Anti-Bullying  Bill of Rights Act grades to the district's HIB webpage, and to each individual school's webpage.  The grades reflect the district’s and each school’s implementation of the ABR from July 2015 – June 2016.  These grades were determined by a district self-assessment released by the New Jersey Department of Education Commissioner.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Joseph Cappello, Anti-Bullying Coordinator, at 973-661-8989.

PTO Winter Box Tops Contest Begins!

The Box Top Collection Contest is on!

  • Box Tops will be collected from January 3 – Feb 16, 2017.

How can you help?

  • Simply clip BOX TOPS,  from hundreds of your favorite products and send your Box Tops into school in a baggy or envelope labeled with your Homeroom Teacher’s name and grade level, so that your homeroom gets credit!!
  • Please do NOT cut off the expiration date! We won’t get credit for any Box Tops without the expiration date.
  • All Box Tops with an expiration date before March 1, 2017 will not be accepted. General mills will throw out the entire baggy of 50 Box Tops if 1 expired Box Top is found. If this happens our school loses $5.00.  Please help the volunteers by not including any expired Box Tops.

Why participate?

  • Every BOX TOP collected earns money for Washington School.
  • The Homeroom Class that brings in the most BOX TOPS will win a PRIZE! Please keep clipping those Box Tops all year long.
