The Nutley Elementary School Counselors held a food drive to support our community Food Pantry, which is run by the Nutley Family Service Bureau.  From January 18th through February 8th,  students brought in items such as canned products, pasta, and non perishable foods.   Our grounds crew then delivered a full box truck on to the Nutley Family Service Bureau on February 11, 2022.

Ms. Alfaro,  (Radcliffe School) and Mrs. Theodorou, (Spring Garden School), dropped off their school collection during this week. Mrs. Thunell (Lincoln School), and Mrs. Cerniglia (Washington School) were able to drop food off, and they were given a tour of the new store and pantry that services approximately 300 families a month in our community. Mrs. Hollfelder and Yantacaw School are currently holding a drive for NFSB.

The counselors are extremely grateful to all the families that participated in our drive.  Look for another drive in the spring.
