Dear Students and Families,
Course Schedules for the 25-26 Academic Year are now available in the Student and Parent Portals. Please login to your portal, and click on “Schedule” on the menu on the left side of the page to view your schedule.
Schedule Change Request Procedures:
The Schedule Change Request Form can be found in the Program of Studies and is linked HERE. Hard copies are also available in the School Counseling office. Forms must be fully completed and signed by all parties by the following deadlines to be accepted by your counselor. As stated on the form:
The deadline to drop/add an AP course is 9/12/25.
This deadline applies to students who have already submitted back-up AP forms. All AP approval forms including back-ups were due in March, 2025.
The deadline to drop/add any other course (non AP course) is 9/19/25.
The deadline to level change down (example: changing Biology Honors to Biology) is the last day of MP 1.
The deadline to withdraw from a course with a grade of WF/WP is the last day of MP 2.
Be sure that you have the necessary prerequisites for any course that you are requesting to add to your schedule. We suggest ranking three options of courses you request to add in the event that your first choice class is not available or does not work with your schedule. One of the required signatures on the form is the Department Coordinator of the course(s) you are requesting to add. Please click HERE to see the Supervisors’ contact information and office hours.
The School Counseling Department will process all schedule change requests in the order that they are received. By submitting this form, the student and parent/guardian(s) must understand that periods and/or teachers of current courses may change.
School counselors will be available to answer any questions after the start of the new school year 9/3/25.
