March 1st will be the first day of the hybrid schedule for Nutley High School for grades 9 and 10.

As discussed since the beginning of the year, students will attend in-person instruction by Cohort, which is determined by the students last name.  The letter days will remain the same (GGG and HHH).  On G Days, Classes 1-4 will meet and on H Days Classes 5-8 will.

When reviewing the letter day calendar (see link below) the number following the letter identifies which Cohort will attend in-person instruction at the school.  Cohorts that are not in-person on that day as well as students that have chosen fully virtual instruction will continue to log on to the Google Meet that has been in use all along.

Letter day Calendar:

Students will follow the same schedule for the four periods that will meet each day.  Students attending in person will be asked to arrive as follows:

-Grade 9 Cafeteria Doors (by staff parking lot) beginning at 8:40 AM

-Grade 10 Cafeteria Doors (by staff parking lot) beginning at 8:55 AM

Parents, when dropping off students, DO NOT enter the parking lot.

Upon entry, students will be required to proceed to their first period class, which will begin promptly at 9:10 AM.

Students will be required to wear their face masks at all times.  Failure to do so will result in removal from class/school.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY COVID-RELATED PROTOCOLS WILL RESULT IN DISMISSAL.
