Sundae DonutMs. Gegre's third grade class at Washington worked on an interesting assignment this spring. Students had to design a new donut creation for the Montclair Bread Company to bake and sell. Students needed to think of a concept not currently sold in the store, draw a picture of it and then write a persuasive essay as to why it would be a good donut. The winner, the Sundae Donut, was created by Kaitlyn Lok and includes either a chocolate or vanilla center, whipped cream icing, sprinkles, broken up sugar cones and a cherry on top. Today, the students, and Principal Jones enjoyed the donuts, courtesy of Montclair Bread!
