Dear 8th Grade Parents,

We have carefully watched Tuesday’s weather forecast for the last several days. Most recently, rain is predicted throughout tomorrow morning. We have made the decision to move the 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony to our rain date of Wednesday, June 23 at 9AM in the Park Oval.

Please remember that Franklin Avenue will be closed and gates open at 8:30AM on Franklin Avenue.  There is handicap accessibility at the Chestnut Street entrance.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, June 22, students will participate in group time, awards ceremony, and advisory instead. Promotion certificates will also be distributed at this time.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

I look forward to celebrating with you on, what looks to be a perfect June day, Wednesday morning.

Best,

Ms. Tracy Egan,

Principal
