Due to a power outage at Nutley High School and PSEG’s involvement in the situation, NHS ONLY will operate on a delayed opening schedule tomorrow, Wednesday, May 11, 2022. The high school’s day will begin at 9:35AM and zero period will NOT meet. No one should enter the building prior to 9:35AM.

 

The AP Spanish test, scheduled for tomorrow morning, will be rescheduled to a later date. Details will be announced. The AP Biology test will take place as scheduled at 11:50AM tomorrow. Location details will be announced tomorrow morning. 

 

PSEG will work through the night to attempt to rectify the problem. In the event that it is not resolved by morning, we will contact you as soon as possible with more details.


 

About

The Nutley School District serves approximately 4,100 students in Kindergarten through grade 12. The five elementary schools serve students K-6 and include Lincoln School, Radcliffe School, Spring Garden School, Washington School and Yantacaw School. John H. Walker Middle School serves students in grades 7-8 while Nutley High School addresses the needs of students in grades 9-12.
