On January 5, the Nutley Public School District welcomed Jenna Rubino to the role of Vice Principal at John Walker Middle School. Ms. Rubino joins the middle school leadership team, along with Principal Materia and Vice Principal Guariglia.
Ms. Rubino was previously Science and Technology Supervisor, a position she held since 2022. Prior to this role, Ms. Rubino was a 7th and 8th grade science teacher at JHWMS as well as the Heads Girls Varsity Volleyball coach.

The Nutley School District serves approximately 4,100 students in Kindergarten through grade 12. The five elementary schools serve students K-6 and include Lincoln School, Radcliffe School, Spring Garden School, Washington School and Yantacaw School. John H. Walker Middle School serves students in grades 7-8 while Nutley High School addresses the needs of students in grades 9-12.
