PROJECT GRADUATION – DEADLINE EXTENDED
LAST CALL DUE DATE – SUNDAY, JUNE 14TH
We are excited to proceed with the official sign-up for the 2026 Project Graduation. The final cost per student is $75. Please use the attached link and QR Code. We have set up both a credit card or Zelle option for payment (additional options available by request only). If you have any issues with the payments, please contact Bob Albert at 201-970-4646.
This final deadline is necessary to secure transportation and admission. There is no guarantee that admission will be available at this reduced rate after the Sunday Deadline.
The breakdown of the night is as follows:
All paid graduates will meet in front of NHS at 9:30pm to check in.
Buses will depart at 10:00pm for Hoboken.
Boarding the Horizon’s Edge will begin at approximately 10:30pm – 10:45pm.
Sailing is from approximately 11:00pm until 2:00am.
Disembarking is from 2:00pm – 2:30am.
Buses will depart Hoboken at approximately 2:45am.
Estimated time of return 3:15am – 3:30am.
The trip will include the following:
Passed Hors d’oeuvres and a full buffet dinner including water, juice & soda throughout the night.
CeCe Productions DJ with a complete sound system & lighting, special announcements, trivia and prizes.
360 Photo Booth with a Slo-mo Photo Station, custom props and with photos and videos distributed via text message.
Two (2) Caricaturists drawing full color drawings of the guests.
A roving illusionist entertaining the groups throughout the yacht.
Seven (7) Casino Tables including Three (3) Black Jack, Three (3) Texas Hold’em and one (1) Roulette table, all with dealers and a gaming manager. Prizes will be given out to the big winners at the tables. There will be no money transactions with the casino tables.
In addition to the ship’s staff, there will be twelve (12) pre-selected chaperones accompanying the event. Much like a school event, the guests are to comply with the codes of conduct of the school district. There will be no smoking, vaping, consumption of drugs or alcohol. All bags are subject to be inspected. Any guest that arrives at the check-in that appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to embark the buses or attend the event and a refund will not be issued.
The goal of this event is to keep the students safe and off the streets on their graduation night. It’s a time for them to celebrate with their peers and have one final sendoff. The Project Graduation Committee has worked throughout the year to raise funds to reduce the cost for the event so we could get the best possible venue and amenities for the night. We believe this will be a memorable event they talk about for years to come.
Horizon’s Edge is a private cruise, which will include only the students from the Class of 2026. The Yacht is comprised of three floors, including a half exposed upper deck for panoramic views of the NY & NJ skylines. The ship has a maximum capacity of 600 people and is extremely stable, minimizing issues for those with seasickness.
