On Thursday, June 11, the Nutley Educational Foundation - NEF, held its annual Sip, Savour, Support fundraiser on the grounds of the beautiful Kingsland Manor.  Thank you to Leon & Terry Kish and their team of Kingsland Manor volunteers and our Board of Education maintenance department for their help and support.

This year's grant recipients recognized: teachers awarded grants in the photo) Dana Minervini (MS), Eva Casazza and Kelly Huegel (PreK) and Evan Dickerson (HS).  (Not pictured) Megan Della Fave, Michelle Perkowski, Jessica Boyle, Bryan Abbio, Jennifer Lambert and Danielle Mosca. NEF awarded $17,732 this year alone and more than $118,000 since NEF’s inception.

Entertainment was provided by our own Nutley High School Jazz Lab ensemble led by Mr. Mayewski; Flowers donated by Jorge and Patricia Villanueva (arrangements created by Patricia Villanueva);   cheese tray  donated by Nutley ShopRite and goodies box donated by Trader Joe’s. 

Food catered by Custodi Caterers.

About

The Nutley School District serves approximately 4,100 students in Kindergarten through grade 12. The five elementary schools serve students K-6 and include Lincoln School, Radcliffe School, Spring Garden School, Washington School and Yantacaw School. John H. Walker Middle School serves students in grades 7-8 while Nutley High School addresses the needs of students in grades 9-12.
