So far, Instant Decision Day 2018 has resulted in 251 college acceptances for NHS seniors!  Our students that participated in Instant Decision Day have been awarded approximately $2,254,150 in scholarships for the first year.  These scholarships are eligible to be renewed so that totals $9,016,600 in scholarship eligibility over four years!

It was a huge success!

NHS Toy Drive

The Student Council Toy Drive will be held on Friday, December 14th after school in the cafeteria. Students and staff are encouraged to donate toys for teenage patients at the Newark Children's Hospital and Center for Hope and Safety. Donation boxes will be placed in the Principal's Conference Room during the week of December 10th for additional donations.  Attached is the "Wish List" for donations from the Newark Children's Hospital.

NHS Announces 1st Marking Period High Honor and Honor Roll Recipients

NHS Announces the academic achievement of the 94 students who achieved High Honors and the 492 students who achieved Honor Roll status for the 1st Marking Period.

The Nutley Board of Education hereby notifies all parents, students, employees and staff that the activities required by the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) 40 CFR, Part 763.93 have been fulfilled.  These requirements include the Three Year Re-Inspection and assessments of the asbestos containing materials located within the facilities utilized by the Nutley Board of Education.  A copy of the updated AHERA Management Plan document is currently available for review at the Main Office of the facility.  Please direct any further questions to Mr. Philip Nicolette at (973) 661-8813.
